Getting Started: Step-by-Step Guide

Choose Your Document Type

Select the appropriate tool based on your document type. Each tool is optimized for specific requirements like PAN Card, Election Card, or custom dimensions.

Upload Your File

Click the upload area or drag and drop your image or document. Supported formats include JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, WebP, and PDF files up to 10MB.

Select Tab and Adjust Settings

Choose between Photo, Signature, or Document tabs. Each tab has different size requirements. Use the adjustment controls to zoom, rotate, or change brightness as needed.

Crop to Required Dimensions

Use the crop window to select the area you want to keep. The crop box automatically maintains the correct aspect ratio for your selected document type.

Process and Download

Click "Crop & Resize" to process your image. The tool will automatically optimize the file size and quality. Once processing is complete, download your perfectly sized document.

  • Use high-resolution source images (at least 300 DPI) for best quality when resizing
  • Ensure good lighting in photos to avoid dark or blurry images after processing
  • For signatures, use a clean white background and black ink for best contrast
  • Check the official requirements of your application before submitting documents
  • Save your processed files with descriptive names for easy identification
  • Our tools work entirely in your browser - no internet needed once the page loads
  • For documents, ensure single-page PDFs for applications that require them
  • Use the custom resizer tool when you need specific dimensions not covered by standard tools
